The internet is the one of the most powerful communication technologies ever invented. In all aspects of our lives -- business, leisure, education, etc. -- the internet is impacting the way we do much of what we do. In addition, the internet has connected the world together like no other technology. Unfortunately, the Church has been slower to capitalize on the power of internet technology. This may be partly due to its conservative nature, but we also know that internet ministry is new and different. Most churches and other Christian ministries are not educated on what internet ministry can do for them and how to make it happen. WEC is helping the Church understand and effectively apply advanced web technology to amplify the Church's impact in the world.

WEC is innovatively applying internet technology to empower most ministry activities in the Church such as evangelism, teaching, preaching, care, community, and administration. And WEC is making those powerful web-ministry features available to churches and Christian organizations around the world. As WEC helps web-empower ministries worldwide, we help amplify the ministry impact of those ministries. Together we can change the world for Jesus Christ!
