Another area that would be a great addition - the ability to give Staff and Content Managers the ability to edit through the front end - something more streamlined for what they want to do. Just go to the page that everyone else would normally go to and either link straight to a backend "add/edit" function or give them the ability to add/edit right there. I've seen this with other CMS projects and think that it has some merit.

Yes, this is something we are looking at. This year we have a focus on improving usability and my guess is that we will move toward providing more frontend editing capabilities.
