Logout of the Backend

When you are done editing in the TYPO3 Backend, it is best to logout. Logging our will prevent others from modifying the website if you leave your computer and can prevent accidental errors. To logout, follow these steps: 

1. While using the TYPO3 Backend, on the left hand side, scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
2. At the lower left, click the Logout button.
3. The TYPO3 login screen will display. This indicates that you are logged out.
