Philipp,

That sounds like a cal thing, not maps. Will let Jeff know, maybe he can jump in here.

Hello Christoph,
did you manage to talk to Jeff, if he has an idea why the tx_cal_location doesn't appear anymore if i try to generate a WEC Table Map Plugin ?

Thanks,

Philipp

Philipp,

He thought it may be the load order. Try uninstalling both and then installing cal before maps, see if it works, and reverse the order if it doesn't.

Let me know if that fixes it.

Hello Christoph,
i tried uninstalling both and reloaded them, but the tx_cal_location still doesn't appear if i try to generate a WEC Table Map Plugin. But i think the data in the sql-tables rest even if i uninstall the extensions. Do i have to TRUNCATE the sql tables, too?
Or will there be another cal update during the next weeks perhaps ? (The problem appeared after i made the recommended security fix from Calendar Base to version 1.3.2)
best regards
Philipp

Hello,
in the meantime i managed to get the map - i added in TS
plugin.tx_wecmap_pi3.tables.10.table = tx_cal_location
Now the locations are shown in the map (see example here), unfortunately the second tab, where the description of the events has been displayed, stays empty, though I have added "the path" to the data
plugin.tx_cal_controller.pidList = 240
plugin.tx_cal_controller.view.event.eventViewPid = 247
Do you have any idea how to fix that?
Thank you in advance,
kind regards,
Philipp

Same problem here, just wondering if there is any progress on this issue? Or can anybody give a hint where we can have a look, if we want to try and fix this?

Sorry guys, missed the post by Phillip.

Phillip, can you email your whole TS to me so I can take a look and see if I can duplicate the issue? My email address is in my forum profile. Thanks!

Deleted user Christoph, can't speak for Philip, but apart from the 2 lines of TS mentioned above, we are using a standard set-up of WEC map (2.3.5) with T3 4.3.3.

I will take a look at that this week and let you know what I find. It will either be the maps hook not working, or it not finding the event details from cal.

Guys,

I confirmed it's something inside cal not sending the events. WEC Map's hook is called and works properly.
Please try the cal newsgroup on news.netfielders.de, you may be able to get some help there. We have a cal forum here, but Jeff's insanely busy with other stuff. The cal newsgroup will be your best bet to get help from some of the others cal devs.
