Added a calendar admin.
Added backend user to Calendar Group (default WEC group).
Limited user to:
Web>Page
Web>View
Web>List
Web>Info
File>Filelist
User tools>User settings
User tools>Workspace
Help> [all]
The tree view doesn't display for this user.
In the category filter for User Admin control, I'm assuming that Web Mount is the same as DB Mount in the Editing of the individual user??
Either way, when I add DB Mounts, which appear as the item that chooses what part of the tree is visible as a starting point, nothing appears to happen. It's as if I added something that the user doesn't have access to, thus it's not displayed. I'm just missing what other rights need to be assigned.
My intention is to only have the Default Storage folder (WEC) as the only visible item in the Tree View. The Controls that were assigned do display as intended, just not the Tree View.
Thank you for any help and guidance.

Ricky,
You may need to go to the Web->Access module and assign the Calendar group editing privileges on the storage folder also. There should already be permissions set for Basic Admin and Content Editor that you can use as a guide.
The page permissions are kind of complicated, but they give a lot of power in the end. The idea is that DB mounts determine what shows up in the pagetree but do not define permissions at all. Web->Access sets the permissions so this means you can have some pages read only, some where content can be edited but not the page itself, and other flexible setups.
Hope that helps!
