I just installed a new WEC-4-4-4 package, but I can not login the backend by default username & password by admin and password. I did click [doNotCheckReferer] checkbox by install tool. Did I miss anything? By the way, our old packages worked for other site can not login at the backend neither suddenly. Thanks for your helps in advance. Try to make a new user: Open the Install Tool - Choose: "Database Analyser" - At the bottom right choose: "Create "admin" user" - Set user to: admin and - Password to password This will probably help you. Hans |

Thanks for your helps Hans. I tried that and still have the same problem. The strange thing is when I go to the database, the stored encrypted password in database is same as what I got when I use the install tool password encryption to encrypt the password. Maybe User Name and password are changed when they were passed from Front end to Back End. Still need help to solve this issue. Rae "Hans P" wrote:

I did click [doNotCheckReferer] checkbox by install tool. Rae, Just to be sure, did you read: http://webempoweredchurch.org/services/download-packages/manual/ Starting with: "Workaround for ISP or Firewall Proxy" Do you really need this setting? Googling I read (mostly in German) this setting can cause lots of strange problems. Hans |

Hans, Thanks for your input. In fact before I did click [doNotCheckReferer] checkbox by install tool I could not login neither. That is why I did it. Thanks for your helps. Rae "Hans P" wrote:

The problem is solved. The technical specialist at my server said he updated the proper session path to solve the problem. Thanks. Rae "Rae Zhou" wrote:
