Tooltip (title) on mouseover

 Is it possible to show a tooltip = marker(title) on mouseover?
Or to extend the marker by a tooltip with a hook?
I couldn't find a configuration for it.
I use the pi3 plugin for my own tables.

I don't think so, at least without some modification of the source. There is a hook that lets you customize the marker content and add additional tabs, but that doesn't sound like what you're looking for.
