extension manager message

 I went into the Ext. Manager and I believe I followed the steps as shown in the manual. I clicked on the upload button and I get the following message. "No file uploaded! Probably the file was too large for PHPs internal limit for uploadable files." Am I doing something wrong? Until I get this uploaded I don't think I can continue. Any thoughts?

 Mark,
Have you tried using the Import page to pull in the latest SMS from the repository and install it that way? That's usually easier.

If that doesn't work for some reason, ask your host to increase your POST size. If you're planning to use SMS, you'll want that increased to at least 15MB, probably more. Those sermon files can get pretty big. That would likely solve this issue and also solve future issues w/ uploading sermons.
