System Server Error?

 I just noticed today while testing the Servant Matcher "I'm Interested" form, but it's returning an error: "Your email could not be sent -- there seems to be a system server error. Please try again later."

Anyone know if there is any way to find out what the error is so I can figure out how to fix it?

Runnning typo3 4.5.4 and checked database in install tool - everything seems to be running ok.

 Somehow this issue spontaneously resolved itself. Still wish the errors displayed were more helpful though.
