Submenu dropdown on main menu

 I'm wondering if it's possible to have the submenus display on the home page when you hover over the parent page on the main menu. We're using the Touch of Elegance skin.

 Yes it's possible, but it takes some significant customization in CSS and the addition of some TypoScipt. WEC does that kind of work if you want to pay for the customization or you could look at some of the skins that have a dropdown menu (such as Meadow) and see if you can figure out what needs to be added and/or changed.
