Spam FE Registrations

Is anyone else having a problem with bogus FE registrations? Every several hours, a registration will come through looking like this: llettamad aifseng initiated his(her) registration with Middletown United Methodist Church. Name llettamad aifseng E-mail campbe66237(at)tom[dot]com Preferred username llettamad Checking the personal information on the BE, it's all false, i.e., City=New York, State=Alabama, etc. It's happening with such regularity, I'm thinking it may be automated. |

But you find various on: =search&no_cache=1&tx_terfe_pi1[sword]=captcha]http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/?tx_terfe_pi1[view]=search&no_cache=1&tx_terfe_pi1[sword]=captcha I use this ext with powermail and in the last step, before you can send the message, the (human) person has to type some words from a picture. This ist an addiconal field. I don't have experience with your ext "FE registrations" and can't say how to add it in details. Sorry. Tobias |
