Hi what Modules, Tables, exclude Fields etc. needs to be enabled that a Basic Admin can actually change skins which have been installed in the system. Could someone Post an example would be nice. We can see all installed templates and we have the Site Config visible but when we try to change a skin as an Basic Admin (Non Admin) we are not able to change it. A Click on select results in a reload but nothing changes. If we try to do the same from List view via the Default Template TAB Skin Selector, we receive the following error message: "1: Attempt to modify table 'sys_template' without permission" How to change its permissions? Backend User permissions is by far the most difficult and complex of virtually all admin functions. I recommend creating a new user rather than trying to change basicadmin. Instructions for that are here: http://bit.ly/peQGrC "Andi Becker" wrote: Hi what Modules, Tables, exclude Fields etc. needs to be enabled that a Basic Admin can actually change skins which have been installed in the system.
