This book was written by Mark Stephenson, the founder of the Web-Empowered Church. He shares a step-by-step guide to building a web ministry. He offers several chapters for those who are new to technology, and then guides church staff and layleaders on how to build an effective ministry. He shares stories of what works and what he found does not, as the history of building and web-empowering his home church at Ginghamsburg church.
